There is so many tools that you tube has in order to help people finding the right job. Now days is hard to find jobs or even to get an interview, because the high competition out there. Some of the tools that you tube has is the Video Interviewing, which is using a video conferencing technology to interview applicant’s all over U.S. I think this a very cool tool, because its hard for applicant’s to travel far away for interviews . Another helpful tool is to Post your Resume using you tube. This tool is becoming more popular for employers, and they are able to look for the most qualified applicants for their jobs. It is more effective to look a video resume for employers, because they would get a better sense of who you are and also its better than a paper resume.
